We follow a step by step process to ensure that we’re delivering what you want, what you need and what you expect.

Every project is unique, but below are the key steps we follow on every project.
INITIAL CONSULTATION MEETING
We meet with you – in person by phone / video call – to discuss what you are looking for and how we might be able to help. We find that people someones ask for one solution, but actually end up wanting another, because it meets their needs better. It’s best to work this out at an early stage.
This is also an opportunity for us to start to get to know you – as it’s important that your personality shines through in the project.
CONFIRM PROJECT SCOPE
We identify the best ways to help you, and confirm this with you. As you can see from our products listed on this website, there are plenty of ways we can help you. So we’ll suggest a solution (or some options) to best suit you.
At this stage, we’ll be clear about timeframes and also what we need from you (eg time to interview you, or a selection of photos etc). This is where the project price is finally confirmed, and you can choose to go ahead, or not.
GETTING IT DONE
This is mainly us, with a little bit of you. We do the “heavy lifting”. Your only job is to share with us, so that we can capture your story and (possibly) make copies of relevant photos or other records.
We’ll do all of this in a way which is as stress free as possible for you. There is virtually no preparation required other than maybe opening up a photo album or two.
We take care of all production – including writing, editing and sourcing additional graphics.
DELIVERY TO YOU
Our process is designed so that we turn your story around as quickly as possible. We’ll keep in touch with you while we are underway, and let you know about any issues or delays which might affect timing.
We always put your privacy first. This is your story, and it’s not our place to share it with anyone. We’re discreet with your information and caring about how we deliver this. It is never ours to share.
